Ryan Nicholas Leong Wei Ren is Singapore’s first GENIUS Generation Youth Coach. Awarded the Top Youth Coach of the Year 2024, he has honed training in Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and Para-counselling. Also a certified Youth Educator and Flow Consultant, Ryan is on a global mission to brighten young lives with mental well-being and career advice, to thrive in a VUCA post-pandemic world.

Bullied, exploited, scammed and finally stricken with cancer as a child, Ryan found inspiration to go better rather than go bitter, through the heartful encouragement of mentors in his life. Rising up from shunned newbie to recognised visionary on the world stage to the surprise of many, Ryan passes on the torch as the senior many wish they had, calling out to those who are suffering in dark places. He hope to guide youth to find confidence against the most difficult of odds, and forge a thriving future for themselves and their communities.
