She is adept in both English and Tamil languages, and her counselling practice is grounded in Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), Choice Theory and Reality Therapy (CTRT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). These approaches allow her to work effectively with children, youth, and adults across various stages of life and emotional challenges.

In addition to her counselling work, Jayshree is deeply involved in community services, taking on roles such as mentor, facilitator, befriender, and case management officer through various organizations. Jayshree’s journey is one of the quiet strength and purposeful service.
